Gestern habe ich den Film Sherlock Holmes gesehen und muss sagen, dass ich ihn großartig finde. In den gesamten 2 Stunden war ich voll bei der Sache und gespannt, wie sich alles auflöst. Die dünstere, optische Darstellung Londons gepaart mit den versteckten, charmanten Witzen der Hauptcharaktere, gespielt von Robert Downey JR. (Sherlock Holmes) und Jude Law (Dr. Watson) machten diesen Film auf Anhieb zu einem neuen Lielings-Film. Auch die wunderbare Rachel McAdams (The Notebook) trug wesentlich dazu bei. Die sehr überspielte Darstellung des Charakters Sherlock Holmes sorgte dafür, dass der Film anders ist als man ihn erwartet und genau das mag ich an Filmen. Leider ging er bei den Oscars leer aus, aber die Produktion eines zweiten Teils lässt nicht lange auf sich warten. Im Sommer diesen Jahres wird die Fortsetzung mit wahrscheinlich dem selben Cast gedreht, Gott sei Dank, denn bereits am Ende des Films wollte ich schon die Fortsetzung sehen, da der Film bereits schon so gedreht ist, dass das Ende offen und eine Fortsetzung zwingend notwendig ist. Aber ich will nicht zu viel verraten. Wer also auf Krimis und charming Boys steht, sollte diesen Film eigentlich nicht verpassen und auch für die Herren der Schöpfung ist jede Menge Action und KaBoom enthalten :) Durch gezielt gesetzte Flash Forwards aber auch Backs lösen sich die Fälle und man kann leicht die Gedankengängen nachvollziehen. Super Erzählweise, wie ich finde. So jetzt aber genug geschwärmt :)

Yesterday I saw the movie Sherlock Holmes and I can definitely say that I love it. Within the whole 2 hours I was thrilled how it will end and how the mystery will be solved. An atmosphere of gloom in London bundled with hidden, charming jokes of the main characters - Robert Downey JR (Sherlock Holmes) & Jude Law (Dr. Watson) made this movie one of my favorites. The loving Rachel McAdams (The Notebook) was gorgeous, too - of course :) The extremely roleplay of the character Sherlock Holmes was very surprisingly and unexpected but this is what I like in movies. Getting surprised. Unfortunately the movie did not win at the Oscars last night, nevertheless we won't wait long for a new episode. This summer they will shoot the next episode with the same cast, thank god because when the film ended I wanted to see the next episode immediately. The end is already made for a new episode but I do not want to reveal too much. If you like mystery stories and charming boys you should watch this movie. Do not worry boys will have lots of action scenes :) Through posting flash forwards and backs you get involded of the thoughts and actions happen within in movie, which is a great narrative structure. Ok I stop here :)

Ich liebe diesen Film auch. Davor hatte ich immer dieses Bild des alten Mannes mit Pfeife im Kopf aber dieser Film hat alles verändert.
